Robert Owen Richardson
Robert Owen Richardson, 83, formerly of Gallatin, Mo., died Friday, April 7, 2006, at the Tabor Hills Healthcare Center in Naperville. He was born Sept. 7, 1922, to Denver Oscar and Izetta Opal (Wellman) Richardson in Gallatin, Mo.
He graduated from Gallatin High School on May 19, 1940. Robert received his college degree in physics at Drury College in Springfield, Mo., and went on to receive his law degree from the George Washington University Law School in 1954.
