Bannockburn unhappy with Route 22 plans

Bannockburn Village officials have joined the ranks of villages unhappy with the state's Route 22 plans, after a rough meeting with Illinois Department of Transportation officials last month.
"We had a very frustrating meeting with IDOT one and one-half weeks ago. We had different plans than they had," summarized Bannockburn Village Manager Dave Lothspeich at a July 9 meeting of his board.
