Police hoping reward brings clues in slaying

Evanston police are hoping a $1,000 reward will spur someone to come forward with corroborating information that helps solidify their case against one or more suspects in the slaying of a 19-year-old Chicago man who was shot while driving through an alley in the 1100 block of Howard Street.

Working with the family of the victim, Joseph Fouche, Cook County Crime Stoppers Plus has guaranteed a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest in the fatal shooting.
