Kithara means harp, plus fltue and cello

The catalogue of classical music arranged for a trio of flute, cello and harp is not exactly extensive.
But the musicians in the Kithara Trio, who perform Sunday in Palatine, have found that this combination of instruments produces beautiful sounds.
Harpist Faye Seeman of Palatine founded the trio after coming across one of the few compositions for flute, cello and harp.
"I just started with that idea and discovered there was a lot of possibility," she said.
