Fredric L. "Rick" Parr, 51, of St. Charles, died suddenly on Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at his home. He was born June 26, 1954 in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the son of Fredric and Betty Jane (Guthrie) Parr.
Rick and his family moved to St. Charles in 1958 where Rick graduated from St. Charles High School. He had lived in Arizona for the past 20 years, returning in 2003 to St. Charles and had been employed by Frontier Dodge in St. Charles.
