As part of its 2005 Founders Week Celebration, Lewis University dedicated its new Founder's Garden, complete with a statue bearing the likeness of Saint John Baptist de La Salle, patron saint of educators and founder of the Christian Brothers, the religious congregation which sponsors the university.
