Farmers have heard the song before, but for the next two months they will hear it again and again and again. The song is Indiana's corn market development program, called a checkoff by farmers. It was produced by the Indiana Corn Growers Association and other farm groups, most notably the Indiana Farm Bureau. If they get their way, the program could raise $2 million a year.
