Richard Henderson, office manager at First Federal Savings Bank on Lake Street, will succeed James Randolph as director of the Genesis Convention Center Aug. 14.
Randolph, 33, was criticized for inadequate crowd control and security, show cancellations and late starting times for shows during his three years as director of the Genesis Center.
Randolph said he will remain at the center as Henderson's special assistant. He will continue drawing his present salary, $34,000 per year, ...
