It was all fun and games at the Pierce Middle School Civil War re-enactment until someone Union wiseguy brought out the water balloons. Kyle Shockey, a student in seventh grade social studies teacher Bill Simpson's class, didn't get soaked like teacher Pat Parker did. Still, the seventh grader wasn't thrilled.
