George W. Arras George W. Arras, 83, a Glen Ellyn resident since 1986, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 2003, at Edward Hospital in Naperville. He was born Jan. 12, 1920, in New York City.

He retired in 1984 after 25 years as a customer service representative with Bell and Howell of Chicago. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War II and was a member of the 410th Bomb Squadron. He was a member of the Bell and Howell Pioneer Club and was a member of and served as an usher at Our Lady of Lebanon Church in Hillside. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
