Richard E. Severt Richard E. "Dick" Severt, 72, of Lockport, died Sunday, Oct. 27, 2002, at home. He was born in Chicago.
A member of Lockport Moose Lodge No. 157 and the Old Timers Baseball Association, he worked for Ameritech for 33 years before retiring in 1985. He was a Korean War Army veteran.
He is survived by his wife, Joan (Shephard); his children, Vicky (husband Ray) Soliman of Crest Hill and Scott Severt of Lockport; and three grandchildren, Stephanie and Emily Soliman and Alex Severt.
