Clients criticize agency

JOLIET -- Clients with disabilities depend on workers at Joliet's Office of Rehabilitation Services to help them find jobs and continue their education.
But three Hispanics who receive services at the office, which is under the Illinois Department of Human Services, have come forward to say they have been harassed and discriminated against by one of the employees. And two of the alleged victims say they are not alone, just the only ones willing to come forward.
Worse, they add, state officials appear to be doing nothing to help them.
