Age 73. At rest Sunday, October 6, 2002 at Provena Saint Joseph Medical Center. Born in Chicago and a resident of Joliet since 1989. Retired from Carson Pirie Scott Company, Chicago in 1953 as a buyer in the lingerie department. Mrs. Lachine was an avid gardener and decorator. She loved "antiquing" and was a lover of music and mysteries.
