Mark and Lori Schwiebert of Oswego announce the birth of their daughter, Sydney Renee. Arriving at Copley Memorial Hospital in Aurora on Wednesday, Jan. 14, 1998, Sydney weighed 8 pounds, 14 ounces.

She was welcomed home by big brother, Marco, and big sister, Christina.

The maternal grandmother is Maria Escobar of Cary. The paternal grandparents are Janice and Loren Schwiebert of Christiansburg, Va.
