JOLIET -- The advent of the 3-pointer made comebacks an easier undertaking, but there are still few substitutes in basketball for a strong inside game. An effective post game was enough to carry Joliet St. Francis #29 to a 70-63 defeat of Cleveland's Christ the King #226 Sunday afternoon in the Seniors Division finals in the 36th annual K.S.K.J. National Tournament at St. Joseph's Park.

Christ the King made 12 treys but never led and couldn't offset the powerful inside presence of 6-9 Keith Kinzler, 6-9 Kelly Lynch and 6-7 Ken Velasquez.
