New IT institute celebrates first year, looks to bright future.(Information Technology Management Institute )

Starting its sophomore year, the newly formed institute in the School of Business Administration, the Information Technology Management Institute (ITMI), is excited about both its past and its future. During its first year of inception the ITMI has managed to produce two major events as well as co-sponsor a job fair. In May 2002, the ITMI launched its inaugural event, an Internet Security Forum, which included a panel of speakers from the FBI, SAIC, the San Diego District Attorney's office, and Internet Security Systems.
