You might say it's the busiest waiting room in town.

Easily 350 people a day walk through these soundless glass doors. Sometimes there's a pianist in the front lobby, tapping out something light and unobtrusive. Everybody is issued a pager that vibrates in their palm when their number comes up - the kind of subtle, silent device a maitre d' might hand you at an expensive restaurant that's by reservation only.
