The daffodils are late to bloom this year but the Adams National Historical Park in Quincy will open its buildings on time Saturday, the start of the new season. Visitors looking over the undulating landscape might imagine how Abigail Adams longed to see the plants she called "my daffys" come into bloom when she lived there during the 18th century.
