According to "Tehran Times", Iran is to meet 20 percent of Pakistan's steel shortage by exporting two million tons of iron ore to the country in a five-year period from next year, said Managing-Director of Iran-Bafq Central Iron Ore Company Mohammad Dehestani. Dehestani said that the 400,000 tons of iron ore would be exported to Pakistan from Iran's southern city of Bafq a year per a five-year protocol.
