Sweeping-MEKC technique detects corticosterone in mouse plasma.

2003 APR 13 - (NewsRx.com & NewsRx.net) -- A method to determine a test animal's stress via corticosterone levels in plasma has been developed.

According to a study from Taiwan, "The separation and on-line concentration of corticosterone in mouse blood was achieved by means of capillary electrophoresis/UV absorbance using sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) as a surfactant.
