The Swedish agricultural and forestry sector trade organisation Lantbrukarnas Ekonomi Aktiebolag (LRF) said today (20 March) that it would make a public offer for all shares in property company Mandamus Fastigheter AB.

The cash offer of SEK84 per share for a total of SEK1,252m represented a 14% premium compared to the last price paid before the offer, LRF said.
