First State Bank of Conway recently opened a loan production office at Cabot as well as two new bank facilities.

Randy Sims, CEO of First State Bank, said the bank has filed an application with the State Bank Department and the FDIC and plans to open two full-service banking centers in Cabot this year. The first location is scheduled to be open this month.

Chris Roberts, a Cabot banker, has been named president of First State Bank of Cabot. Roberts has 13 years of varied banking and regulatory experience. He was ...
