IAM delighted that Matthew Thompson has now earned the relatively trivial privilege of not having to wear a tie to work in order to put himself on a par with the women in his JobCentre who can wear Tshirts. Now perhaps we can get on and address some of the more serious elements of sexism towards men that exist in this country.
