Dear Marilyn: I really didn't have to do much to take this recipe from 23 grams of fat per serving to 3 grams. I always replace the fat in stuffings with chicken broth, so that omitted the greatest amount of fat. If you want to omit more salt, you can use your own dried bread crumbs or cubes and season them with sage and whatever other seasonings you like, omitting the salt. I ...
