It's the shot that can't be defended, and nobody in the Pac-10 shoots more free throws than Arizona State.
Entering Thursday's game against Oregon, the Sun Devils have attempted 715 free throws, 85 more attempts than any other team in the Pac-10. Oregon, which leads the Pac-10 in percentage, has attempted 556 free throws, or six fewer per game than ASU's average of 26.5.
