AWARDED HCFA CORONARY BYPASS DEMONSTRATION PROJECT

ATLANTA, Jan. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- The Health Care Financing Administration (HCFA), the government agency responsible for the Medicare program, today announced the start of a three-year project to determine ways to reduce health care costs while maintaining high quality care for beneficiaries.

Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta will be one of four hospitals nationally participating in the project.
