PHILADELPHIA -- PHILADELPHIA, Feb. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- The Philadelphia Orchestra announced recently that PECO Energy will sponsor the Orchestra's popular Community Rush ticket program. Now titled PECO Power Hour: The Philadelphia Orchestra Community Ticket Program, the program makes available 100 $10 seats, two and one-half hours prior to every Orchestra subscription concert.
