CIRCLE FINE ART REPORTS FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR ITS FISCAL YEAR

ENDING SEPT. 30, 1990; MANAGEMENT ANNOUNCES 1991 EXPANSION PLANS

CHICAGO, Jan. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Circle Fine Art Corp. (NASDAQ: CFNE) reports results for its fiscal year ended Sept. 30, 1990.

Fiscal revenues reached a new record for 1990 of $41,326,000, up 17 percent over 1989 revenues of $35,289,000. For the three months ended Sept. 30, 1990, revenues were up 18 percent to a new record $12,919,000 compared to $10,972,000 for the same quarter in 1989.
