Naval Regional Contracting Center Naples (NRCC Naples) celebrated its 30th anniversary Sept. 5 at the command headquarters. RADM Michael L. Holmes, Commander Fleet Air Mediterranean, guest speaker, addressed employees and invited guests. In his address RADM Holmes praised NRCC for its leadership in regional contracting and satisfying customer requirements.
