In the land of myth, there lived a wild, white-winged horse named Pegasus. Pegasus charmed many with his graceful flight--especially the hero Bellerophon. Bellerophon wished to tame the wild Pegasus. One day, his wish came true. The goddess Athena presented him with a magical golden bridle. When Bellerophon slipped the magic bridle over Pegasus' head, the horse became tame and welcomed the hero to ride with him. Through the air they flew.
