The second Ritz-Carlton Club opened last month in St. Thomas, USVI. The 80-residence (at build-out) luxury fractional ownership resort offers owners deeded one-twelfth interests in two- or three-bedroom units. Prices, which provide for 21 days of annual use, range from $98,000 to $174,000, depending on the unit and season.

The first Ritz-Carlton Club opened last year in Aspen, CO, and two more--in Bachelor Gulch, CO and Jupiter, FL--are scheduled to debut in 2003.
