Jan. 29--FRANKLIN, Ohio--Never mind the bitter cold. At Cazadores, the Chile Colorado is hot.

And that dish, like others, is as likely to be served by general manager and co-owner Sergio Flores as any of the restaurant's seven other full- or part-time employees.

Talking to Flores is like meeting an ambassador for Mexican cuisine.
