QUASAR FOUND GUILTY OF DISCRIMINATION AGAINST AMERICAN EMPLOYEES
CHICAGO, Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- In a case certain to have significance for foreign companies doing business in the United States, Japanese-owned Quasar Company has been found guilty of discrimination against American employees by a U.S. District Court and ordered to pay nearly $2.5 million plus costs and attorney's fees to three former employees, it was announced today by Holleb & Coff attorneys for the plaintiffs.
