Jan. 22--DULUTH, Minn.--It's a bit more expensive to be a manager or professional in Duluth, surprisingly.

A recent survey found Duluth's cost of living is 2.7 percent above the national average, and more than 8 percent above St. Cloud's.

While the survey didn't totally support the belief that it's cheaper to live here, local business recruiters say it's valuable information.
