Duluth, Minn., Revives Economic Development Group with New Funding Model.

Jan. 15--Team Duluth, an economic development group that essentially was decommissioned in 2001, is about to make a comeback.
The resurrected group will be tapped to lead the way as the Northland attempts to revitalize its economy.
More than 200 people gathered at the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center on Tuesday to learn of newly formulated regional economic development plans.
