Gas Deal Lowers East Polk County, Fla., Homeowners' Bills.

Jan. 7--WINTER HAVEN, Fla.--Thousands of East Polk County homeowners now
essentially have two natural gas companies, one that sells them gas and another that delivers it.
So far, the upshot has been lower natural gas bills, said Tom Geoffroy, assistant vice president of East Polk's traditional gas company, Central Florida Gas.
