In reading Don Winders and Entails All Imports' story I was impressed with how Mr. Winders has taken baby steps in seeing if his business concept will work. What I mean by this is Mr. Winders is testing his business idea by starting small and expanding slowly before he invests any significant capital or before he makes any long-term commitments.

I would recommend this for all new businesses, if at all possible, to start small and expand slowly until they know whether their idea ...
