PRAETOR SHINZON, the villain of ``Star Trek: Nemesis,'' is perhaps the most flamboyant threat to the starship Enterprise since Ricardo Montalban screamed ``Let them eat static!'' in 1982's ``The Wrath of Khan.''

Shinzon wants to destroy the Enterprise and its commander, Capt. Jean-Luc Picard. He'd like to destroy Earth, too, and rule the universe while he's at it.

Your basic sci-fi bad guy, except for one other thing: He's a younger clone of Picard himself.
