Nov. 25--Angel groups used to be informal clubs, secret societies of elite techies with time and money on their hands. But the clubs are changing.
They're opening offices, putting up Web sites, running small venture funds and, amazingly enough, holding national meetings to compare notes and set standards for what's become a booming little industry.
