The session hall of the House of Representatives was nearly transformed into a boxing arena when Agrarian Reform Secretary Hernani Braganza and Nueva Ecija Rep. Raul Villareal almost came to blows during a lull in the budget debates yesterday.
Speaker Jose De Venecia Jr. found himself the third man in the ring by separating the two who threw invectives at each other in front of stunned lawmakers and government officials and employes who came for the budget deliberation.
