To develop the structures, upgrade and modify them is one of the most important components of the organizational development of the military procuracy organs. Owing to a singular quality of these organs, the organizational development is, on the one hand, an organic part of the organizational development of the system of law-enforcement agencies, and on the other, of the force development process and represents an aggregate of economic, sociopolitical, legal, TOE, and technical activities aimed to enhance the efficiency of the state's organs.
