For someone whose name includes the word "Cat," I can certainly appreciate all things meow. The same is true at Cat's Eye Cafe, where you'll find kitties and furry felines of all kinds, from a menu featuring "Cat in Heat" (aka the tuna melt) to cat clocks and cartoons.
