The Canadian justice system's march against religious freedom took another resolute step forward on June 17 when the Ontario Divisional Court upheld part of an earlier Human Rights Commission judgment against a Christian printer from Toronto, Scott Brockie. Even though it recognized Mr. Brockie was opposed, on religious grounds, to the advancement of homosexual rights, and also that the Commission's original ruling against him was too broad, the court ruled he had no right to refuse to print some material from gay groups, including letterhead, business cards and directories.
