The Nissan proving grounds at Tochigi, Japan, have a particularly challenging set of pavement heaves that are thoughtfully positioned in the middle of a high-speed turn. Entering this bumpy left-hander at 60 mph in the normally well-composed Infiniti Q45, I had to fight to maintain control as the waviness in the pavement first bottomed the front suspension, then caused the whole car to bound into the air.
