Cimarron Says It Was Overcharged, Files Suit in Albuquerque, N.M.

Oct. 25--ALBUQUERQUE, N.M.--Cimarron Health Plan filed a federal lawsuit Thursday charging a Las Cruces behavioral health agency with operating a monopoly that has overcharged it about $1 million.
The suit, filed in Albuquerque, is seeking reimbursement and asks the court to require 10 behavioral health providers represented by Rio Grande Behavioral Health Services Inc. to continue treating Cimarron's Salud! members.
