IMS Health (NYSE: RX) announced that James D. Edwards, retired managing partner - Global Markets, Andersen, was elected to the IMS Board of Directors at its meeting held today, and that Clifford L. Alexander, Jr., president, Alexander & Associates, announced his retirement from the Board, effective today.
