WILLIE FARAH HITS BACK AT MANAGEMENT

NEW YORK (FNS) - William F. Farah Tuesday opened fire on management of Farah, Inc., saying that the directors have "no concept of what they're doing," are guilty of "real prevarication," and are trying to "discredit" him with shareholders.

As a consultant to the company, 71-year-old Farah says that he has tried to help management from the outside, but "it's impossible to do it." He adds, "I've tried to help them, but they won't listen to anything."

Farah entered a three-year consultant agreement upon his retirement.
