RBS hires Capstar's Barbe to run French asset finance.

Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) has recruited Jacques Barbe to head its asset finance business in France within the corporate banking and financial markets division.Barbe joins RBS from the Paris office of Capstar Partners, a New York based investment firm that specialises in structured asset finance advisory services. At Capstar, Barbe was responsible for working with French companies on US, UK, French and Japanese crossborder leasing, real estate synthetic leasing and balance sheet optimisation.
