California Raisins for the British Food Industry

The California raisin industry has made great inroads into the UK food manufacturing industry. More than fiftytwo new products have been developed with the premium dried fruit in the past year in Europe, and in the first quarter of 1989 more than twentynine new product introductions were made, according to the International New Product Report from IIS Publications, and prospects seem good.
