WILLIAM Ellis has had more jobs since retiring than he had during his whole career.
The former Long Beach police chief is now interim security director at the Port of Long Beach after serving stints as interim police chief in the cities of Claremont, Manhattan Beach and West Covina.
He replaces Bob Barker, who retired after five years in the post.
